Baking Baguettes or Small Breads

You can also bake your baguettes with a suitable fiberglass mold!

 

For baking small breads (round, square, rectangular, and even triangular), we recommend individual fiberglass molds. This mold also has open mesh, which promotes the circulation of hot air, offering even baking for your small breads. Thanks to the fiberglass, your bread dough will not stick to the mold walls. Thus, this allows for an easy and clean unmolding without the risk of breaking your small breads.

You will achieve a perfect result, and your breads will have a beautiful crispy and golden crust. 

Baking Sandwich Loaves:

To make your sandwich loaves and brioches, we recommend the individual steel mold. This rectangular-shaped mold can be used intensively.

Thus, you will obtain a professional and high-quality result. Its steel material helps maintain its rectangular shape and allows for easy unmolding. You can also make brioches, cakes, or even rectangular loaves.

Baking Special Breads:

Want to bake special breads? We recommend using the baking cloth. This allows you to avoid the use of parchment paper, which is less eco-friendly. This cloth can be used multiple times and has a long lifespan.

Moreover, the baking cloth resists high temperatures. It is designed for professional use and contributes to efficient heat transfer, ensuring perfect baking.
