Maé Innovation started its activity more than 25 years ago under the direction of Serge Granger, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier. The company then manufactured standard and tailor-made silicone moulds for making sugar decorations and, more generally, for creating pastries. Maé quickly gained a valued reputation among pastry and chocolate craftsmen.
The company has now grown, under the impetus of Philippe de Vogüé, director of Maé Innovation since 2000, into a group of 3 divisions: Maé Food, Maé Cosmetics and Maé Industry.
