Honeycomb mat

Designed by Jean-Thomas Schneider, World Champion Glacier 2018 and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2019, this mould will allow you to decorate your creations with a honeycomb pattern.

This mould is made in France with 100% premium silicone to ensure a very flexible mould and perfect demoulding of your preparations. Do your preparations need to go into the freezer? Don’t worry, Maé moulds are resistant to high heat (up to +280°C) and cold (down to -45°C).

Designed for intensive use, our very resistant moulds will accompany you during all your preparations.
