The Maé silicone sponge cake mould is dedicated to professionals, it is designed to ensure easy removal of your preparations. Indeed, the silicone of the Silmaé range has great non-stick and resistance qualities. Your sponge mould is suitable for intensive use. Its composition of high quality food grade silicone allows it to be more flexible, resistant and non-stick. Moreover, this silicone sponge mould is resistant to temperatures ranging from -45°C to +280°C. As sponge cake is known to be a very fragile preparation, it is preferable to have a high quality mould to ensure perfect baking and removal from the mould. This mould, made in our factory in France, is recognised by professionals and the greatest chefs.
