The Maé silicone sponge mould is dedicated to professionals. It is designed to ensure easy removal from the mould of your preparations. Indeed, the silicone of the Silmaé range has great anti-adhesive and resistance qualities. Your sponge mould is suitable for intensive use. Indeed, its composition of high quality food grade silicone allows it to be more flexible, resistant and non-sticky. Moreover, this silicone sponge mould is resistant to temperatures ranging from -45°C to +280°C. As sponge cake is known to be a very fragile preparation, it is preferable to have a high quality mould to ensure perfect baking and removal from the mould.
