Easy Pie Silicone Moulds

Our range of Silmaé Easy Pie silicone moulds is a real revolution in the food industry. It is an innovative concept developed by Frédéric Bourse, pastry chef consultant and international trainer. The Easy Pie moulds allow you to make your sweet and savoury recipes without melting the pastry. The shape of the mould has been especially designed to accommodate poachable pastry and appliances. A considerable time-saver for making your tarts, quiches, travel cakes… with a very soft result !

This mould is made of high quality food grade silicone, durable, washable, reusable, easy to handle and clean. In addition, the non-stick nature of this mould and its flexibility make it easy to remove the dough from the mould. Finally, its shape allows you to obtain a very soft result in record time.

This mould is also available in 400x300mm and 200x300mm sizes.
