This siliconised fibreglass pastry mat is ideal for baking your biscuits, cookies, eclairs and choux on a tray, as well as savoury dishes, appetizers and puff pastries.
Thanks to its non-stick function, preparing your recipes is easy. Our fibreglass pastry mats are not perforated (i.e. they have no holes) allowing a soft result.
