Hamburger Mould

Fibermaé is our range of moulds made from an open-worked, siliconised fibreglass cloth and a non-stick silicone coating. The open-mesh fibreglass fabric allows hot air to circulate and provides even cooking. Fibermaé is ideal for baking buns, burgers, brioches, hot dogs, or ciabatta… You get a nice crispy and golden crust!

The advantages of fibreglass hamburger moulds

Resistant to extreme temperatures: -35 to +280°C.
Easy to remove from the mould.
Made in France.
