The Florentine silicone mould is the ideal mould for the preparation of the famous traditional dry biscuit. With the Maé Florentine mould, you can simplify the preparation of these biscuits. The silicone allows you to obtain a homogeneous cooking of your biscuit. Our silicone moulds are made of premium quality food grade silicone. Thanks to its non-stick quality, the removal of the Florentines from the mould is quick and easy. The use of the moulds ranges from freezing to baking. Indeed, the moulds can withstand temperatures ranging from -45°C to +280°C. Made in France, Maé’s silicone moulds ensure professional quality and great resistance of the moulds.
