Our decorative mats from the ES-TAMP range, created in collaboration with Jonathan Mougel, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Pâtissier-Confiseur 2019. Leaves, dragonflies, the elements of the ES-TAMP range will allow you to artistically sublimate your sugar and chocolate decorations.

Made in France from 100% premium silicone, this range guarantees a perfect unmoulding. Do your preparations need to go into the freezer? Don’t worry, Maé moulds are resistant to both high temperatures (up to +280°C) and low temperatures (down to -45°C).
