Fibermaé is our range of moulds made from an fiberglass open-work fabric and silicone non-stick coating. The open-mesh fabric favours the circulation of hot air and offers homogeneous bakingfiberglass. Fibermaé is ideal for baking buns, burgers, brioches, hot dogs, or ciabatta… You get a beautiful crispy and golden crust!
