- The Fib’Maé is composed of a stainless steel frame and a red siliconised fibreglass cloth. It is a very easy to use net for fresh or frozen dough.
- Thanks to its non-stick coating, it is very easy to remove from the mould, even if the dough has become embedded in the mesh.

- Once the net has been used up, it is easy to replace the mesh.
