Large format fibreglass baking net FILMAÉ 600 × 800 mm
At 600 × 800 mm with 6 cavities, the large format baking net FILMAÉ in fibreglass covers the biggest batches in the range. It combines a stainless steel frame with a red siliconised fibreglass cloth.
Fresh dough or frozen dough, this baking net takes both without distinction. Its mesh lets air circulate around the dough pieces throughout baking.
The non-stick coating does the rest: the pieces come away on their own, even when the dough has worked its way into the mesh. You lose less product, and maintenance stays light.

A replaceable consumable
The cloth wears, the frame does not. When the cloth reaches the end of its life, you change it alone and the stainless steel chassis goes back into service. A net that is simple to clean, limits waste and costs little to maintain.
