Heat and Freezing Resistance
Our fruit moulds range can withstand extreme temperatures. They are suitable for baking up to +280°C and freezing mechanically down to -40°C or by cryogenics down to -100°C with certain precautions.

Recommendations for Use and Maintenance of Silicone Fruit Moulds
DESIGNED FOR FOOD CONTACT, ALL APPLICATIONS:
Maé fruit moulds are made with 100% premium silicone and are suitable for food contact. Maé silicone plates comply with the specifications of article 6 of the decree of November 25, 1992 for use with watery and acidic foods, as well as fatty foods for which directive 85/572/EEC provides for a reduction coefficient of 3 or more (bakery products, pastry, confectionery, fruits, fish, cheeses, chocolates, prepared dishes…).
PRECAUTIONS:
- Do not use sharp or abrasive accessories and tools.
- Do not place the plates and moulds in contact with an open flame. The risk concerns the simple disintegration of the material as it is self-extinguishing.
- Adjust cooking times and temperatures according to the oven used. It is recommended to use a perforated support (perforated aluminum plate or rack).
