What size bread mat should I choose?
Chez Maé Innovation, nous proposons des toiles boulangères professionnelles de différentes tailles, pour répondre à tous les besoins des professionnels. Notre toile de cuisson à pain la plus petite mesure 310x510mm et la toile la plus grande fait 600x800mm. Mais alors, comment choisir la taille de toile boulangère le plus adaptée à vos besoins ? Voici quelques conseils pour choisir au mieux votre toile boulangère.
Firstly, you need to consider the size of your professional oven. Make sure the bread baking mat is suitable for the size of your oven. The bigger your oven, the bigger the baking tray you can choose and therefore produce more!
When choosing, you should also consider the quantity and size of what you want to bake. With our siliconised fibreglass baking trays, you can bake all your breads, baguettes, pastries, special breads, but also pizza dough, choux pastry and even sweet dough. Thanks to the perforations in the fabric mesh, air can easily pass through. The result is a crispy dough. You should therefore choose your baking mat according to the size of the loaves or the quantity of loaves you want to bake on one baking mat.

Recommendations for the use of our baking cloths
DESIGNED FOR FOOD CONTACT, ALL APPLICATIONS:
Bread cloths are suitable for food contact according to FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 and European standard 10/2011.
TEMPERATURE OF USE :
Bread cloths can withstand temperatures between -40°C in continuous contact and + 250°C in continuous contact.
STORAGE :
We recommend that you store the fabrics flat.
EASY CLEANING :
- Clean with a damp, non-aggressive cloth, possibly a degreaser and hot water at 70° C.
- After using a degreaser, rinse with clean water and check the pH regularly. If it is not neutral, rinse again.
CAUTION :
- Do not bend the bakery cloth, as this can lead to weakness.
- Do not scratch
